The five questions we get most often.

What's your minimum order?

25 units for the Sales Follow-Up Kit. 50 for the Client Thank-You Kit. 100 for the Event Starter Kit. Custom 3D-printed pieces start at 25 units, often lower for executive one-offs. No $4,000 floor.

How fast can you turn an order?

Standard turnaround is 14 business days from approved proof to delivery — catalog and custom 3D-printed work both fit in that window. Rush options exist; we'll quote them transparently if you need them.

What if the product doesn't look like the mockup?

We remake it on our cost or refund the order. That's the founder guarantee, on every quote. It's also why we run pre-ship QC photos on every order — we'd rather catch it before the box leaves than after.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — 50% on order confirmation, 50% on delivery. For orders over $5,000 we can structure payment milestones. Stripe, ACH, or check, your call.

Can I see a sample before I commit?

Yes. For orders over $1,500, we'll send one branded sample at cost — usually under $40 plus shipping. For executive VIP work we send the sample free against the deposit. Ask in the brief.
